WHAT KIND OF SESSIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Right now I am offering the following:
Weddings + Elopements
out of state or destination
Couples/Engagement Sessions
Editorial + Brand work
Individual Portraits
Boudoir

HOW MANY WEDDINGS/ELOPEMENTS DO YOU TAKE A YEAR?

Each year is different depending on my life plans, but for 2020 I’m accepting 25 weddings + unlimited elopements. I like to keep some wiggle room in my calendar for last minute elopements for my sweet couples!

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A PHOTOGRAPHER?

2019 marks my 3rd year being full time. I started getting paid to photograph right after Instagram became more of an aesthetic social platform and started shooting for a mother modeling agency. I’ve never not had a camera of some sort and always loved the process of film.

HOW LONG DOES A TYPICAL SESSION LAST?

A typical couples session last 60-90 minutes depending on the package you get!
You can ALWAYS add time to your package. More time allows us to go to a dreamy location we can hike or take a Jeep to.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A SESSION WITH YOU?

I'm all about exploring and having fun! I also like to describe my session as a workout, lots of running and chasing and playing. I LOVE the sun and wind! I'm not about posed shots, but I know we will grab a few for the grandmas.
I usually always choose the locations - although I always ask if you have any special spots in mind. I’ll ask if you’re down to hike and how far.

WHAT ABOUT BAD WEATHER?

I encourage embracing whatever weather comes our way. If the weather is too intense and would make for a really terrible session experience then we will reschedule or wait it out.

WHAT’S YOUR SHOOTING STYLE?

For elopements, I shoot to fit the scenery and the overall “vibe”. Photos will be more blue during “blue hour” after the sun goes down, and golden for golden hour. No venues are alike, no outdoor lighting is exactly alike. I like to play around and keep my signature HUES while capturing your day how it is.
But like… make it more MAGICAL!

HOW MANY IMAGES DO YOU DELIVER BACK? AND HOW LONG DOES IT TYPICALLY TAKE TO GET MY PHOTOS BACK?

With couples sessions I say 2 weeks after the session is pretty typical. Elopements, about 2-3 weeks. With weddings, because there is so much more that goes into it, those can take up to 6 weeks. I usually give back about 70 per hour and I promise to never withhold any of the good photos from you like other photographers do.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY SESSION?

You can throw in patterns, and mix in other more muted colors, like olive green, navy, burgundy, or black. Long flowy dresses always work and help create movement! Men always look great in a well tailored suit. Actually, there is an entire page to help you in Getting Ready for your Couples Session. This guide also helps in any type of session. It comes down to what makes YOU feel amazing and are comfortable in.

YOU MENTIONED A JEEP EARLIER… EXPLAIN?

I see you were paying attention. Yes, sometimes we rent a Jeep when out in Moab or Sedona to get to our destinations quicker and safer. Devils Bridge in Sedona or even Horseshoe Bend is a pretty intense hike if you’re not used to the conditions so if you’re ever worried about your hair and makeup then we can typically rent a Pink Jeep or a Helicopter!
Depends on how fancy you’re feeling I guess.

DO YOU OFFER ALBUMS AND PRINTS?

Yesssss, I sure do! I would be stoked to design an album for you to order OR refer you to amazing, professional grade websites so you can build your own.
For prints, once I send out your online gallery you’ll be able to pick and choose all the lovely photos to favorite, print, and share with your family + friends. You print straight from the online gallery!

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

I’m almost always on the road so having a “base” has always been a difficult question to answer. I’m currently traveling between Nashville and Los Angeles for the Summer in my Jeep. My weddings this year are a bit all over the map, from Yosemite National Park to Thailand - so I go wherever I’m called to be and to whatever destination my heart desires to roam.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?

Because my travel schedule & pricing structure is constantly evolving, I generally don't book weddings more than 15 months out (with the exception of international destination weddings). I like to leave room in my schedule for last minute elopements though, so even if you're planning to elope in the next few weeks, definitely reach out!

WHAT DOES AN ADVENTURE SESSION ENTAIL?

Adventure sessions can be anything from driving to a gorgeous overlook, hoping on a plane to a tropical destination, to hiking several miles to an alpine lake, or climbing a mountain.
Whatever "adventure" means to you, I’m open to it! The photo session itself usually lasts about 60-90 minutes.

DO YOU TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY? WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Yes! I love any chance to visit a new place. I’m happy to travel to your destination, whether that be New Zealand, Jamaica, or Greece. Travel rates are based on the destination and include a round trip flight, four to five nights accommodation, and local means of travel.
Check my Bucket List + Pricing pages to take a look!
My 2020 elopement travel includes Thailand and Guatemala so that tells you I’m always up for an adventure - even if that’s a 20 hour flight!

DO YOU OFFER FULL-WEEKEND COVERAGE?

Yes! This is something I’m wanting to do more of! Because I’m a storyteller at heart, I want to tell the full deal – before & after and in-between. This type of coverage works well if you're camping out with your friends the night before, or traveling to a destination with all of your family, or backpacking to a spot for your adventure elopement.

ARE YOU COVERED BY INSURANCE?

Yes! We have $1 million per occurrence and $2 million in the aggregate on our policy, which is the industry standard.
If your venue or destination requires proof then let me know so I can get that information sent over to the owners/managers.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

Simple and Sweet. Nope.
because I know my cost of doing business and value the skills I’ve learned over the years to do my job to the caliber you see here.
